What is your shipping policy?

How long after paying can I expect my delivery?

Upon purchase, please allow up to 1-2 business days for the careful packing of your product(s). For pre-order items, time frames will differ. 

We will send you email updates on the status of your order and when to expect your order.

If we anticipate any delays with your order, Nesk Kids will contact you immediately and likewise if your order is urgent please let us know. 

Why does the lid have protective film?

When you receive your Nesk Kids box, it will come with a protective film on the perspex lid. This is to protect the perspex from any damage during packing and transit. Peel off and safely discard the protective film before first use. This will reveal the clear perspex panel. 

How can I remove the protective film off the lid?

Score around the the edge of the paper, close to the timber (be careful not to cut the perspex), raise up the paper and slowly and carefully peel back the film.

We are looking at how to improve this step as we understand it can be fiddly for our customers. But we'd prefer to protect the perspex than not. Please be patient with the removal, it will be worth it once off.

What is your returns policy?

Can I pick up my order?

Due to COVID-19, we have suspended all pick ups from our business location.  

Do you supply your products to kindergartens, early learning centres and/or schools?

Absolutely! Nesk Kids can definitely supply any educational organisation, please contact us to discuss further. 

Do you wholesale your products?

Yes we do! If you are interested in becoming a stockist of Nesk Kids products, please feel free to submit an application on our Wholesale page.  We will be in contact to discuss further. 

What happens with international taxes and fees?

Your order will be in Australian (AUD) dollars but will exclude Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Your payment, however, will be in your currency. Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges.  Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. 

Are the boxes stack-able?

Yes they are! You can stack our Nesk Kids Boxes on top of one another for easy storage.
