Order Dispatch Time Frames

  • Orders are posted within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from Melbourne, VIC unless otherwise specified.

  • If we anticipate any delays with your order, Nesk Kids will contact you immediately and likewise, if your order is urgent, please let us know.

  • For pre-order or handmade items, the date for delivery of these items will be specified within the product description. 

Australia Shipping 

  • We deliver anywhere in Australia.
  • We off a FLAT RATE Standard Shipping cost of $11.95 within Australia.
  • FREE shipping on orders over $250.00 (AUD) within Australia
  • Express Post Shipping is available and calculated at the checkout [based on the weight of your order] and shipped via Australia Post.
  • Light orders like water beads, this item is sent via regular mail and postage cost is $2.00
  • We use either Australia Post or a Courier for delivering our products anywhere within Australia. Please allow standard delivery times depending on your area (usually 1-5 business days).
  • You will be sent a shipping notification email with your individual tracking code and carrier. You can then track the progress of your parcel delivery with the tracking code in your shipping notification email.
  • Please ensure your address is correct. Nesk Kids will not be held responsible for any lost items due to an incorrect postal address being provided.

    International Shipping 

    • We ship WORLDWIDE using Australia Post (postage includes tracking and insurance).

    • Kindly take note: Our agreement with Grapat and Grimms restricts us from delivering their products to customers outside of our region, including international shipping.
    • If you live outside of these countries, please contact us for a postal quote.

    • You will be sent a shipping notification email with your individual tracking code and carrier. You can then track the progress of your parcel delivery with the tracking code in your shipping notification email.

    Note: Once your package arrives in the destination country, it is then delivered using the local postal service in that country.

    • Postage is calculated on a country and weight basis, unfortunately, we are unable to offer flat rate international shipping at this stage. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

    • Your order will be displayed in Australian (AUD) dollars at checkout and will exclude Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). However, payment from your nominated account will be made in your currency.

    • Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges.  Any customs, import duties, and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. For more information about your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

    • Tracking once your order arrives in your country is dependent on what postal service is provided in your country of residence.

    • Please ensure your address is correct. Nesk Kids will not be held responsible for any lost items due to an incorrect postal address being provided.
